Non-Executive Chairman
Mr Neville Bassett AM is a Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years’ experience in corporate advisory, financial management and public company governance.
He has played a key role in numerous public company listings, capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, and brings extensive knowledge of Australian financial markets and the ASX regulatory environment with directorships spanning the resources, technology and services sector.
Mr Bassett has significant board and executive leadership experience and currently serves as Non-Executive Chairman of Auris Minerals Ltd and as a Non-Executive Director of Tennant Minerals Ltd and Bulletin Resources Ltd and spent eight years as Chairman of the Royal Flying Doctor Service (Western Operations).
He was awarded a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) in 2015 for services to aviation emergency medical services and is a Fellow of The Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.
Non-Executive Director
Brian has held just a few leadership roles in his professional 35 year career and appreciates the value of lessons learnt in each of them. Having had the privilege of working with organizations such as Cintas, Troika Ventures, The Pattison Group and currently AEM, Brian leads by the examples of John Maxwell and Patrick Lencioni.
From his early years as a commercial pilot and throughout, Brian attributes communication and concise direction as the critical components required to lead organization through the jungles of today’s realities. People are the single greatest asset that determine the health and success of any organization.
Non-Executive Director
Heinrich has held a variety of executive roles in the aviation and corporate finance fields and has a deep understanding of aircraft leasing and a strong track record of financial and operational restructuring of companies ahead of sale or IPO.
He is currently the CEO of JLPS Ireland Limited, which offers transportation leasing services encompassing aircraft, ships, maritime containers and solar power generation equipment.
Prior to taking on his current CEO role, Heinrich held senior executive roles at MC Aviation Partners, International Lease Finance Corporation and AerCap.
Non-Executive Director
Anthony Faillace is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Drake Management LLC, a New York-based multi strategy investment firm with significant experience in global markets.
Mr Faillace was a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at BlackRock Inc., a leading global investment management firm.
Prior to joining BlackRock, he spent five years at Pacific Investment Management Company (PIMCO), where he led the firm’s discussions on international and emerging markets at the annual secular forum strategy sessions.
Mr Faillace holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and is Chair of the Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs.
Director & Company Secretary
Sam Wright has more than two decades of experience as a company director and secretary of companies listed on the Australian Securities Exchange, London Stock Exchange and Börse Frankfurt.
Mr Wright is Managing Director of Western Australian based corporate advisory firm Straight Lines Consultancy, specialising in corporate governance, statutory financial reporting, company public listings, merger and acquisition transactions and shareholder relations.
Chief Financial Officer
Gary is a finance professional with 20 years of experience in senior accounting roles (CFO/Financial Controller) with Australian and UK public companies. He has extensive experience in IPOs, mergers, acquisitions, backdoor listings, audits, ASX reporting and financial reporting.
Gary is currently advising a number of ASX-listed companies including Aruma Resources Limited, Buxton Resources Limited, Strategic Elements Limited, and Structural Monitoring Systems plc and is a Non-Executive Director of Petrex Australia Pty Ltd.
Gary graduated in Economics from the University of Northumbria in the UK. He is an Associate of the Chartered Ianstitute of Management Accountants and the Institute of Public Accountants.
Head of Corporate & Legal Affairs
Terry Walsh has over 20 years’ experience as an in-house lawyer and has worked in senior legal roles with a number of major Australian and international companies.
Terry has broad corporate and legal experience and in recent years has been involved in the development, funding, and commercialization of start-up companies across a range of sectors. He has also served as a board member of a number of listed and non-listed companies and in other non-legal roles.
Terry uses his breadth of experience to achieve commercially focused results.
Communications
Georgie Sweeting has spent more than two decades working as a journalist and communications consultant with a focus on brand reputation and management, media and public relations and crisis communications.
Prior to establishing her own consultancy in 2022, she was formerly the General Manager of GT Communications for five years leading the company’s corporate team and overseeing a team of six in Perth and Sydney, Australia.
Georgie works with a diverse range of clients in the listed, non-listed and start up space across a range of sectors including technology, property, construction and health, delivering ASX mandated reporting materials, media and communications advice, management support and content creation.
